Evening Wind Down Flow
End your day in the best way with a yoga flow. Classes will use traditional Surya Namaskar A and B connecting thoughtful sequencing of familiar postures with an emphasis on alignment. This class is suitable for all
levels. Some weeks we will focus on one traditional pose preparing the body to express our best version of the pose. Other weeks we'll work with a couple of traditional poses to build a flow we can move through
once or twice on both sides.
Vin Yin Yoga
Combining the breath driven flow of vinyasa with the longer holds of yin create this lovely class that will challenge you and give you the opportunity to find more release in your practice. Tight hips? This is the class for you! We will also work on other functional movements increasing range of motion and mobility throughout your body.
Qigong/Tai Chi Easy™ & Chair Yoga Fusion
It's a Fusion! We will be combining gentle Qigong/Tai Chi Easy breathing movements & Chair Yoga Asanas (poses). We will use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind body connection, reduce stress, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health. Combined with simple and invigorating yoga postures taken right off the mat to the chair, this all level class will help you become more flexible, boost your immune system, and increase your mindfulness mediation.
All Levels Yoga
This class is truly for all levels of Yogis. The class will be
alignment based with ample instructional cues. Some classes we will focus on one traditional pose preparing the body to express our best version of the pose. Other weeks we'll work with a couple of traditional poses to build a flow we can move through once or twice on
both sides. This class will incorporate Surya Namaskar A and B at times but always with optional variations to challenge or ease the poses and flow. All yogis are welcome!
Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow

Yin Detox Yoga
Yin yoga works deeply into our body such as ligaments, joints, bones and deep fascia networks with passive, longer-held poses on the floor. It improves the energy flow, creases circulation and improves flexibility, calms and balances the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, encourages deeper relaxation, improves joint mobility, and brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation. We play our edges-we come to the point of significant resistance. This entails some discomfort, but not pain. Yin Yoga will take you well outside your comfort zone. It is a practice of yielding, being with what is. This is a space for shifts and transformation.
Yogi's Choice -Levels 1 & 2
For these class, the style is up to the teacher! Various styles may be taught during this class or just one including Gentle flow, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Restorative or Yin. Always changing and always fun! All classes are designed to leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed, and restored.
Restorative Yoga - All Levels
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful, still, quiet style of yoga that uses props to support the body, thus relieving the muscles and bones of all work so that
poses can be comfortably held for extended periods of time. When supported by the various props, (blankets, bolsters, blocks, pillows), we can completely let go, sink down and experience all the benefits of being still. This type of practice naturally activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) which is responsible for restoring balance to our bodies. It helps with lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, tone internal organs, stimulate the immune & endocrine systems and relieve stress and anxiety. Join us for this intensely relaxing and nurturing class to rejuvenate your body, mind & soul, you will be glad you did!
Traditional yoga with emphasis on connecting mind, breath and body. A class that will strengthen, tone and balance you from the inside out! Level 1-2 with modifications offered
This class is designed to improve your strength, and flexibility. It is a vinyasa based class with elements of power yoga and HIIT. You will leave this class feeling sweaty and strong!
Chill Yoga Fusion
A class focused on being kind to your entire being. Classes will be theme based each week and include different elements such as flows, pranayama, meditations, and self affirmations.
This class is designed with every "body" in mind. It will be appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice. This class will include carefully orchestrated movement, controlled pressure and well measured stretches. The postures will be approached in gradual steps with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition. Gentle Yoga will encourage an individualized approach to your practice. This will be a compassionate , non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. All levels welcome and encouraged!
Qigong/Tai Chi Easy™
Practice some simple, age-old exercises done in short synergistic sequences. Explore how small definitive movements, synchronized with breathing, restore the flow of Chi (energy) throughout our bodies while unblocking areas of stress and dis-ease. Experience meditative movements that enhance range of motion, balance, stability, strength, flexibility and posture. Once learned, these compartmentalized exercise snippets become yours! Yours to add to your wellness regime to take wherever you go and do whatever you please! All Levels are welcome and encouraged.
We will learn Postures and Breathing techniques that could change your Life!! Simple and Invigorating, this class will make you feel great. We will take yoga postures (asanas) off the mat and on to the chair where you will get the same benefits as a mat practice. You will be shown low, medium and high levels of flexibility. No matter what your level of flexibility is, everyone will get the same benefits. Do as often as you can and stay within your comfort zone and most of all have FUN!
