Nutritional Therapy with Amanda Chocko, NTP
Nutritional Therapy helps to get to the root cause of your symptoms. It is based on a foundational approach to health that addresses diet, digestion, blood sugar and nutrient balance. Imbalances in any of these foundations can cause a host of consequences down the road. These can range from joint pain, weight gain, fatigue, and digestive issues to full blown chronic disease. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I use a comprehensive set of assessments that tap into your body's innate intelligence and help to identify potential imbalances. We will also address mindset and lifestyle factors such as toxic load, sleep, stress and exercise. All of these play a role in your overall health and vitality. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) was discovered in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1920's, although there is evidence for this "laying on of hands" going back to 10,000 years in Tibet. It was also known in ancient India, Egypt, Greece, Rome and China. The word itself means "life force energy" and the technique works on the energy within each of us. It assists and enhances our bodies' natural tendency to want to heal itself by providing deep relaxation and stress relief of the mind, body and spirit.

What to Expect During a Reiki Session
Reiki is administered through the hands of the Reiki practitioner with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. A session usually lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and a half, it depends on the practitioner. The practitioner places their hands at locations around the head and shoulders, the abdomen and the legs and feet. Tissue is not manipulated. The practitioner's hands are simply held at each location, lightly touching or slightly away from the body. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner's hands and into the client's body and energy field. A Reiki session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that sorrounds and fills the client and includes feelings of relaxation, peace and well-being that promotes healing.

purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. $150 - 1 1/2 hr
Holy Fire Reiki 1&2 incorporating crystal healing is more refined and can bring a higher level of consciousness and healing specific areas of your body. $175 - 1 1/2 hr / 3 Crystal sessions for $500
Distance Reiki is giving a Reiki session beyond the limitations of time and space. Transmitting spiritual energy beyond physical touch. $95 - 50 minutes
All sessions use singing bowl, sage, candles, essential oil and reiki music for a full experience.
